If you are looking for more challenging hikes, try North Percy Peak or Sugarloaf. Or for another short walk to a good swimming place, try Devil's Jacuzzi.

Driving Directions:
Trailhead and parking area are located on Nash Stream Road in Stratford, NH. Take Emmerson Road from Rt. 110 in Groveton, 2.6 miles east of Rt. 3. In 1.4 miles, bear right onto Northside Road. Continue 0.7 miles and turn left onto Nash Stream Road. Nash Stream Road is not signed; it is across from a cemetery at a turn in the road. The parking area is 5.7 miles down Nash Stream Road, on the right side. Look for the small trail sign

About the Hike:
Located deep in Nash Stream Forest, six miles down Nash Stream Road, Pond Brook Falls is one of New Hampshire's most remote and peaceful waterfalls. While driving to them is a quite a journey, the trail to the falls is very short, wide, and easy to follow. From the parking area, head to the sign for Pond Brook Falls Trail and walk 0.1 miles down the path. Below the wide main falls, all the water from the wide slide is funneled into a curving cascade. As the trail curves to the left, continue ahead out onto the huge rock slabs over which the picturesque series of cascades and water slides forming Pond Brook Falls flows. Walk all the way to the top to take in everything.
